what I can do for you

I turn research into simple, usable, and beautiful digital products by balancing user needs, business goals, and accessible design to create work that lasts.

1. UX Research & Strategy

User interviews & surveys

Affinity mapping → key insights

Personas, JTBD & user journeys

IA: card sorting, sitemap & task flows

2. UI Design & Design Systems

Wireframes (low → high fidelity)

Design tokens & reusable components

Typography & color (WCAG-ready)

Responsive layouts, mobile-first

3. Prototyping & Interaction

Clickable prototypes (Figma/Framer)

Micro-interactions & motion basics

State handling (empty, error, validation)

Feedback loops & quick iterations

4. Usability, Accessibility & Handoff

Moderated/unmoderated usability tests

Findings, prioritization & design updates

WCAG 2.2 checks (contrast, focus, touch targets)

About me

Hi, I'm Sandra, a UX designer with a background in business, marketing, and back-end development. Passionate about turning research into simple, accessible, and beautiful digital products.

Design thinking process

My process follows a five-step Design Thinking model. It is based off Stanford's d.school. I adapt it to each project so the work stays human-centred, collaborative, and iterative from first insights to final delivery.

01.

Empathize

User interviews, surveys, and competitive scans uncover real needs, pain points, and context. Findings are translated into personas and clear roadmap to guide the entire design process.

What My professors Say

Here’s what my professors say about my collaboration, process, and teamwork while studying.

Your approach to analysing the test data was insighIul. You extracted meaningful paJerns and translated them into ac7onable design recommenda7ons. The addi7on of sketches to illustrate proposed design changes was especially effec7ve, as it grounded your sugges7ons in visual evidence and made the connec7on between data and design decisions much more tangible. Overall, the synthesis of your findings was both thoughIul and easy to understand, resul7ng in a compelling presenta7on of your usability insights. (Team work)

Your work has illustrated that you have the capacity to combine the accumulated competence and practical skills from the first semester and showcase how you were able to complete a larger project – consisting of user research, ideation, wireframing, and usability testing. You have also illustrated how to collaborate in a dynamic team, providing the opportunity to enhance soft skills, like communication and conflict resolution. (Team work)
